ClassAddmin

About

Software the way Ghanaian schools actually work.

We started ClassAddmin because every off-the-shelf school system we tried assumed an American semester, a North-American grading scale, and credit-card payments. None of those match a Ghanaian private school.

How we build

Built around how you run.

Three terms in an academic year. Class teachers who own a register and a set of subjects. Bursars who issue invoices once a term and chase balances. Heads who publish report cards class-by-class. Guardians who pay via MoMo. We built every screen with those people in the room.

Local rails

Boring on purpose, in the good way.

Payments go through Paystack so MoMo, Visa and Mastercard all just work. SMS goes through Arkesel because parents read SMS, not push notifications. Everything sits on a Postgres database you own — your data is yours, exportable at any time.

Made in Ghana

We answer on WhatsApp.

We’re a small team based in Accra. We visit schools that need an in-person walk-through. If you find a missing feature, we want to hear about it — and if it makes sense for the rest of our schools, we’ll ship it.

We'll set up your school, import your pupils and walk your team through it. No card, no commitment.
