Billing
Is there a setup fee?+
No. The monthly subscription is the only cost. We'll help import your existing pupils and chart of accounts at no extra charge.
Can parents pay via MoMo?+
Yes — Paystack handles MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo MoMo as well as Visa and Mastercard. You don't need a separate merchant account.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?+
No. Cancel any time. Your data exports as CSV at no extra cost.
Data & security
Who owns our data?+
You do. Your school's data is logically isolated and exportable as CSV at any time.
Where is data hosted?+
On Supabase + Cloudflare Workers in regions close to Ghana for low latency. Data sits in a Supabase project we manage on your behalf.
Features
Does it handle three terms a year?+
Yes — that's the default. You can run two-term or four-term calendars too, but the screens, invoices and report cards are all built around the Ghanaian three-term year.
Does it handle NaCCA strand grading?+
Yes. Strand grading sits alongside the traditional class-score + exam model so you can use both.
Can class teachers mark the register on a phone?+
Yes — the register is mobile-first. Morning and afternoon sessions, with reasons (absent / late / excused).
Getting started
How long does setup take?+
Usually under a week. We import your pupils and chart of accounts, set up your terms and grading policy, and walk your team through it role-by-role.
Do you train our staff?+
Yes — included in onboarding. We do screen-share sessions per role (bursar, head teacher, class teachers). Recordings stay with you for future onboarding.
Can we import existing pupil records?+
Yes. We accept Excel/CSV exports from any system you're currently using. The bulk-import dry-run flags duplicates and conflicts before you commit.
