Is there a setup fee?+
No. Your subscription is the only cost. We'll import your existing pupils and chart of accounts at no extra charge.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle. Downgrades and upgrades are equally painless.
How do I pay?+
Paystack handles MoMo (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard. Renewal can be one-tap or fully automatic. We can also accept bank transfer for annual plans on request.
Is there a contract?+
No. Cancel any time, your data exports as CSV at no extra cost. If you cancel mid-term we leave your data live until term-end so report cards still print.
What if my school has more than 500 pupils?+
Family scales with you. Above ~1,000 pupils we'll talk about a Family Plus tier with a custom price — email hello@classaddmin.com.
Are the prices in cedis?+
Yes. All prices are GH₵ inclusive of any taxes. We invoice monthly in cedis; pay in cedis.
What happens after the trial?+
On day 30 of your trial we'll send a renewal reminder. If you do nothing, the app goes read-only for a 7-day grace window — your data stays put, you just can't edit. Renew within grace and you're back to normal.

Yes — see our /legal/dpa page. We're happy to add school-specific addenda; just ask.
